Port Angeles, Washington (part 4 of …6?)

by admin on September 2, 2013

Before heading out our last day, we had a great breakfast at New Day Restaurant in downtown Port Angeles near the ferry to Victoria.  Fast, friendly service and many locally sourced and fresh ingredients.  They have an almost overwhelming selection of breakfast and lunch items to choose from.  They also served some of the best coffee I had the entire trip!

I was a little nervous to walk into a local diner but the moment we stepped in the door, we were treated like locals.  It was a very comfortable atmosphere and when our server was busy handling a large group, another server swooped in to top off our water glasses.  They clearly work well as a team to provide excellent service to their guests.  And hats off to the chef!
